A note about allergies…
Gluten Free, Vegan, Nut Free etc
A little about my kitchen, I am a permitted cottage food home bakery and I am the only one in it. Legally, I have to say that items in my kitchen could potentially come in contact with nuts, dairy, eggs and soy. As well as that I am a facility the processes the above allergens.
That being said I only work on one order at a time, fully sanitize before an order is started and after it’s completed, all items are stored in airtight containers and I always make sure to keep an allergen completely out of the kitchen when working on that specific order. I make gluten free, vegan and nut free items often and am familiar with allergen friendly cooking and baking.
